The Design Phase
Every prop starts with research. We gather reference images from multiple angles, study the source material, and create detailed 3D models using Blender and ZBrush.
Printing Process
Our fleet of 20+ printers runs around the clock. We use a variety of materials including PLA for lightweight props, PETG for durability, and resin for ultra-detailed pieces.
Post-Processing Magic
This is where the magic happens. Raw prints go through sanding, priming, painting, and weathering to achieve that screen-accurate look. Each piece gets 4-8 hours of hand finishing.
