Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (2-3 days) and overnight options are also available. International shipping varies by location and usually takes 10-21 business days.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Click on any order to see detailed tracking information.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our production queue. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Products
We use high-quality PLA and PETG filaments for most of our 3D printed items. For props requiring more durability, we use ABS or specialty materials. Each product page lists the specific materials used. All our materials are carefully selected for durability and finish quality.
Most of our products come assembled and ready to wear or display. Some larger props may require minimal assembly (clearly indicated on the product page). All items come with detailed care instructions.
Yes! We love bringing your cosplay visions to life. Contact us through our custom order form with details about what you're looking for. We'll provide a quote and timeline. Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks depending on complexity.
Store your props away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid submerging in water unless specifically noted as waterproof. For painted items, handle with care to preserve the finish. Each order includes specific care instructions.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale unless there's a defect. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, access order history, and receive exclusive member discounts. It only takes a minute to sign up!
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support for assistance.
Log into your account and navigate to "Account Details" to update your email, or "Addresses" to manage your billing and shipping addresses. Changes take effect immediately for future orders.
