Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
Eligible for Return
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging included (when possible)
- Ready-to-ship catalog items
- Items with manufacturing defects
Not Eligible
- Custom/commissioned pieces
- Digital products (STL files)
- Items modified or painted by customer
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Sale items marked "Final Sale"
How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us
Email us at returns@cosplayforge.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is defective.
Get RMA Number
We'll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred) and ship to the address provided. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Bank Processing
Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different item? Here's how:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange
- If the new item is more expensive, you'll pay the difference
- If cheaper, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method
- Exchanges ship free within the continental US
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
Take photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery
Email us with your order number and photos
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping
Custom Order Policy
Custom and commissioned pieces have special terms:
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
- You may cancel before production for a full deposit refund (minus 10% processing fee)
- Design changes after approval may incur additional charges
- If we make an error on your custom order, we'll fix it at no charge
We send photos at key production stages. Please review and approve promptly to avoid delays.
Digital Products (STL Files)
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All digital file sales are final and non-refundable
- If you experience download issues, contact us for assistance
- If files are corrupted or don't match the description, we'll provide a refund
Please review file specifications carefully before purchasing. We list supported printers and recommended settings for each file.
